How has this happened? Large developers know how long it takes to build a ground and there doesn't seem to have been any great set-backs that have delayed this project. Any idea if the developers are going to have to pay large penalties for the delay, or if it's all down to the owners?

And in turn I'd expect there to be penalties for the builders being late.

Surely they can't play some at Wembley, and some at the new ground? It looks like it's nowhere nearly ready. I had a fair bit of faith that they knew what they were doing, but no, it seems that those who thought they had no chance of being ready were right.

Yep, but then they didn't start that long ago and it looks to be progressing well.
