    Wagners bottlers....

If they get to 89 points and are cheated out of promotion by shit refs, then I'll agree, they deserve it.

    Wagners bottlers....

Indeed, if Reading were promoted there'd only be 2 relegation places to avoid.

    Wagners bottlers....

As fans of a club, isn't that basically our job? Nah.

    Wagners bottlers....

I think he did well when he joined, but he's been out for about a year, and Goldson was excellent at the end of last year so I think he'd have been first choice replacement.

    Wagners bottlers....

Possibly Kayal? Our player of the season last year? Goldson would also have been a guaranteed starter in Duffy's absence (which has probably now changed after recent Uwe performances). The others are all first team regulars. And we've missed Baldock for a good number of games, and now Bruno...

Yep. I also put a fair chunk on Palace staying up at 5-4. Looks like I'm going to be close to even, although if Huddersfield get no more points I'm going to need a bank loan.

    Wagners bottlers....

I thought Mooy was their best player. Brown has been good, but he's only been there since January. I didn't know how good the others were. I don't think they've missed many players over the season though. For long periods we've missed: Kayal March Rosenior Duffy Goldson Bong as well as having...

    Wagners bottlers....

Agreed. Their loss on Saturday was unexpected, so it's now harder for them, but it didn't look that unlikely. Burnley didn't have strength in depth, but they managed to keep going last year. I don't think there's any evidence of us playing for a point at Forest, and Leeds looked like an even game.

So although this is their bad period, they still have fewer injuries than us.

    Wagners bottlers....

How many first team players are they missing, and for how long?

    Wagners bottlers....

I'd want to win games, as confidence has taken a knock. It's not like they have 11 good players and average subs, whichever team he picks can do the job on their day. They've also just had the international break, and it's a fair way before the playoffs yet. I wouldn't expect him to rest...

    Wagners bottlers....

I know you did, and I was saying it is rarely needless. But apart from supporting your right to be pedantic, I was just adding that I agreed with whitelion, that despite it being City's reserves, Huddersfield's reserves had done well. Not at all.

    Wagners bottlers....

Now hold on a minute, it is rarely needless. But yeah, I agree with whitelion :)

    Wagners bottlers....

I'd settle for that, although my perfect scenario would have Newcastle missing out (still with Fulham winning the playoffs).

Exactly. Pride before a fall laughs last or something.
