Would that really be a bad thing Uncle? Those lucky enough to currently own a property will still own a property. Those who don't currently own a property will be a bit closer to being able to do so

Would be absolutely brilliant if house prices were to fall IMHO. Would mean that more people would be able to afford one, rather than live to work to pay some guy's mortgage

I have absolutely no idea what any of that analysis means - tho I'm sure that it will have a lot of meaning to a lot of people. Total respect to US for passing that analysis on, free of charge, to NSC. US = one of the good guys :thumbsup:

Terrible time financially for anybody born / brought up in this neck of the woods. Or most other necks of other woods really. How on earth do you avoid being priced out of your own town other than continuing to live in your childhood bedroom well into middle age or being forced to join forces...
