Train drivers are unhappy because they can get jailed for any accidents/casualties, deemed to be their fault, which is why they also want a second person on the train, suitably trained.
Slight exaggeration there. The ones that do attend, will use coaches (extra provided by the club) and P&R. That means they'll be more likely to stay for the full 90 minutes for their transport home.
