Excellent stuff - let's hope there's more to come. Easily one of the best sitcoms of the last 40 years. After a great day with family, sitting down to watch that knowing I had an MOTD to come featuring a 3-1 Albion away win (including a Solly screamer) was joy indeed. Cheers!

It's a real treat in a landscape devoid of much TV sitcom treasure these days. One of the things that makes it work so well is the slow pace - it means the dialogue counts for something. Will be savouring the next five episodes.

Excellent stuff - really should pull in some awards. The rare thing is that as well as some laugh-out loud moments (how many sitcoms deliver that these days?), you genuinely care about the characters, and there are some genuinely poignant moments too. Top, top quality.
