If you honestly believe that's the case, I can't see that there's much of a case to answer. Speaking to someone from FYP, his contention after speaking to many people caught outside is that, after the exit gates were opened and stormed, it seemed an understandable decision not to allow any more...
And with that in mind (i.e. you don't know what's int he letter), what are the circumstances in this instance that would bring about a Letter of Complaint?
