I gave up after episode 4 or 5, I lost track. I gave up partly because it’s shite and partly because there were so many un-flagged spoilers on here.

It’s had some okay moments but overall a huge let down. Watching it just to complete it now.

Lots of Brit bashing and making the RAF out to be moustache twiddling weaklings. The second episodes’ pub scene was enough for me. I’m out and won’t be returning to it.

I can’t stand the yank bantz between the characters. Let’s show them dang krauts who we are and get back in time for a kiss with ma lady and a big ol’ slice o moms apple pie. Even worse when they try to do pathos. I don’t know what I saw, we got a long road ahead of us.. etc etc It’s why...

Yeah. I was expecting reviewers to focus on the effects. I say, get over it and focus on the amazing story being told.

Not sure how they are supposed to recreate air battles without CGI.

Fourth on the way

Slow Horses is great. And this has potential to be fantastic. There’s some good stuff hidden away on Apple. It’s my “seasonal channel” I subscribe for two or three months a year to catch up on their good content and then bin it off again. Usually switch over to Disney for a while.
