I agree he has been mistreated inside prison. I’m not sure I’d go as far as to say I’d trust him. I imagine he’s quite manipulative and if the documentary is anything to go by, he seems rather proud of his violence. His body language indicates to me a rather angry man. Clenched fists etc...

Oh, I 100% agree. He deserves to be banged up for life. I think if he was given freedom, he’d have hurt someone within a week.

By all accounts, including his own, he was a violent little shit long before getting banged up for robbing a post office. Obviously it's speculation now but I would think he would have ended up in prison for some violent crime or other before long. Well, threatening post office counter staff...

Agreed. As you say, we don't know for certain but a lifetime of taking screws hostage and a rooftop protest do not endear parole boards.

He has a right to go through the parole process. I really wouldn't worry though. HMP made up their mind loooong ago. He's never getting out.
