Dances With Wolves stirred me back then but not seen it since. On a Costner tip, The Bodyguard remains a guilty pleasure although I'm sure it wouldn't make anyone elses list. The Big Lebowski and Fargo would be up there for me as would T2 but I've seen it so many times it bores me now but...

I'd add Michael Mann's Heat but also his version of Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day Lewis, probably one of my favourite films of all time.
