The numbers do lie a fair bit in knock out games because when a tournament game is won (half time) there is no real need to do anything in the 2nd half at all.

What an enjoyable victory. Of course Iran aren't great (only something like the 20th best team in the world) and yes, we're unlikely to win it. But that was really good fun to watch bar VAR and the stoppages. Great start
