I have a couple of mates that were involved in F1 in the 90s with BAR, extremely well paid and a great lifestyle. One of them even ended up helping with the wheel changes. I was jealous. Edit: They were truck drivers.

Alonso is only there for the money, McLaren pay him an absolute fortune. He doesn't care, they don't seem to either, match made in heaven.

It was a non race from the lights out.

I lost suppor/respect with Mclaren when it was sold out of British hands.

You could have written that just after the Mansell, Prost, Senna, Piquet era... nothing has changed.

It was all over at the start.

Mercs will always win on the fast tracks, unless they have a problem or the driver does something stupid. Nailed on for LH.

Second, maybe third best track on the GP circuit, after Belgium and possibly Silverstone.
