Er,no they don't all do that and increase premiums. I claimed two years ago and settled last year. No change to premium, so don't try and scare people off genuine claims!- Super Steve Earle

Do it through his own insrance company. They will advise him. Also forces the other driver to admit liability quicker.- Super Steve Earle
