I apologize, you’re totally correct. After some reading, I learnt Calgary has its own city bylaws preventing public use. That makes me happy, I’d like that law applied nationwide, personally.

Quick correction there, that isn’t true. You can smoke cannabis in public just as you can tobacco. You can’t smoke near schools, win bus shelters etc (as is the case with tobacco).
