    This is probably because cutting out nearly all sugar from your diet makes weight loss MUCH easier. Don't be fooled by fruits/juices/yoghurts. They're all packed with sugar, even natural ones will do you in.

    Have a look at Holland & Barretts for Green Tea pills. They work just as well. If not, most Supermarkets do Vanilla Green Tea which again, is a better alternative as Green Tea does taste like rabid dogs piss. It's good you've got a plan, good luck!
