3:59.01 today which I was pleased with. Just 2 seconds slower than Manchester last week. Marathon 154 & 54th marathon completed in 54 weeks. Just another 46 marathons to do in the next 46 weeks! Was also my 54th sub 4 hour marathon. ...... & now rest ..... until Vienna next weekend

Should be decent running weather for Sunday. Looking forward to my favourite Marathon - 9th time for me, so I shouldn’t get lost!
