Yeah he waited till I was tired and pounced, got me hook line and sinker (again).
He's a cunning troll.
Unfortunately for the BG algorithm or quite phenomenal second account, they over played their hand with #109.
It's so ridiculous and brilliantly funny I snapped out of it, and am able to go...
wigman I'm tapping out, I have to stop this madness.
Over to you, be strong, fight the good fight, and remember.
'Tamarisk Way on the Willowhayne Estate is about a mile from the sea'.
Good luck young warrior.
You'll have to ask the company that is renovating the older properties and distinguishing them with the name 'Beach House' (there's at least 5 in the area) why they chose to name that one 'Angmering on sea beach house'.
West of South Strand and south of the Willowhayne Estate would make the...
25 Tamarisk Way is my dream house.

I just don't have the £1,000,000+ to buy it.
NB - Gotta love the Angmering coastline in that map.
Because that's what the people who bought it, renovated it and sold it wanted to call it.
They felt Tsunami, the properties name after Finisterre and before Angmering Beach House, was a little tasteless after one had just killed thousands of people.
Does anything that's being written here make...
He's doing this on purpose.
THAT'S THE NAME OF A FREAKIN HOUSE YOU MUG.
Keep looking down South Strand and you'll find:-
'Dolphins West' that's not a real dolphin, it's the name of a house.
Further down is 'Avalon' that isn't a legendary island featured in the Arthurian legend, it's the name...
Crazy isn't it.
Every single map on Google images from 1679 through to the present day has Angmering to the north of East Preston and with no coastline.
Angmering being so far removed, about 3 miles, from the beach it doesn't even feature on the edge of any detailed map.
Yet even with all that...
Clearly a 350 year old map printed in the Angmering neighbourhood plan is no match for Mrs BG,.
I promise ! will withdraw gracefully, although only after I've read just how and why it's wrong.
I could even show BG the map on page 10 of this PDF:-
https://www.southdowns.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Angmering_Neighbourhood_Plan___Including_Post_examination_comments_V4_06_Final.pdf
It clearly shows East Preston to the south of Angmering in 1679, placing it between Angmering and...
Save yourself the effort.
I have no intention of arguing with a man who 99.9% of the time refuses to admit he's wrong.
Even on a subject that it's my job to know, and within that EP being my 'specialist subject'.
Dear God, Kingston Gorse is nowhere near Angmering, it doesn't border Angmering, it's impossible to get from Angmering to KG without going through East Preston.
Other than that carry on. .
EP can be really proud of the way it's managed to hold onto the feel of a traditional village.
I can think of a fair few areas of EP that don't have any 'penny millionaires', it's almost as if BG is talking out of his arse again.
