It really isn't rocket science.
Bruno, Bong, March and esp Kaz were on fire and Tomer was banging in goals.
That then becomes Bruno, Ridgewell, Murphy and Van La Parra and Tomer, more often than not playing as a lone striker, can't hit a cows arse.
Bruno, Rosenior, Knockeart and any one from...
Overweight conjures up an image of...well me!
But in that photo he does look 'heavy', which is ideal for his no nonsense approach to football.
I remember being stuck by how much weight Leicester got the clearly not overweight Ulloa to lose.
By comparison to 'our' Leo, Leicester Leo looked at...
This has got under my skin as it's a fine example of the delusional nature of Albion fans.
Our £1m second division striker was on the pitch for 40 minutes.
In that time he:-
Scored.
Created a penalty.
Scored the resultant penalty.
Had a goal disallowed.
Got a player sent off, but...
I doubt there are many more blinkered that I when it comes to Tomer, but I still think that's stretching the point.
TH has missed more than enough (probably too many) decent chances this season, and it's those that have probably stuck in the minds of those getting grief now.
I tend to agree...
Perfect.
It seems that the hard of thinking fail to understand Tomer is a £1m striker playing second division football.
If he was as accomplished as some believe he should be, Tomer would be a £20m striker playing in the Champions League.
Naturally, but there wasn't anybody else who could play.
Tomer was the sacrificial lamb and plenty of 'loyal' Albion supporters couldn't wait to get their knives out.
Hemed hasn't dramatically improved it's the squad and supply line that has.
Which imo is the issue here.
Hemed was on fire when the team were creating chances.
Injury put that on hold which the nimrods took to be Tomers fault.
It makes such a change for an old thread to be bounced and to know I don't have to quickly scan through it to see if I've made myself look a nincompoop.
A rare luxury indeed, and not one available to everybody :lolol:
I'm probably the only NSC'er on the fence when it came to Barnes, and looking at him in isolation.
But when you look at him in the context of Albion strikers 2010 - present day, fook me the guy was almost Messi Namar and Suarez rolled into one.
That's the point I was making, you clearly are implying Hemed boo Zamora yay.
The team, all game, created one half chance.
That fell to Bobby and he had a cracking effort.
Clearly the fella 'can't buy a goal', what with his disallowed effort, hitting posts, crossbars etc.
But he was clearly...
The implication being every decent chance should be a goal.
Those being the levels of expectation that then lead players who are clearly 'good enough' deemed to be sub standard Leon Best's.
No because that kind of stupid thinking results in pathetic threads like this one.
Although had just 5 crosses of similar quality been produced I would expect at least one goal, and for that figure to be extrapolated out accordingly.
Quite how Hemed is responsible for the non-service that he...
This may well be the case.
But I'd like more than none, לא, nil, zilch, aucun, squadosh, nada, 沒有, nought, ninguna crosses on which to base that opinion.
Especially an opinion on a player 5 months into a new job, in a new country, and one who thunder b*****ded a header in, from a pin point...
