On a fast day it's a small bowl of cereal for brekkie, amount weighed out on scales, no lunch and a weight watchers meal with some veg for dinner. Hunger pains are kept at bay by the odd cup of black coffee, glass of water and a 'lunchtime' cup of tea with skimmed milk. I can have up to 600 cals...
