    Actually probably like you I was on poor money/rate when I was an apprentice, many of my mates went into jobs on far better pay but after I came out of my time (not a 3 month Mickey Mouse course) then I caught up with those that had no apprenticeship.

    I also did a 5 year apprenticeship and got City and Guilds A,B and Mech Technicians electric bias. It was known as Time Served, the clue being in the words time served. Jobs holding up well thanks.

    Of course not, has anyone that doesn't agree with this amount of immigration suggested this. Controlled immigration is the issue with most that are making their points. So 336000 a year is Ok with you, fair enough but trying to make out that our unskilled born here is an issue is just diverting.

    Exactly, it was stated that the population was 29 million, not that 29 million would come, usual twist of words to suit.
