This is particularly interesting, given that you're an estate agent. In your experience, do they add value to a house? I've heard they don't, but hastings has heard the opposite.
I have had one with a radiator in the past, and can't say I was impressed. And I have one now, without a radiator although it is a very basic structure. So do I still need to ask someone or am I allowed to form my own opinion?
And it might be an idea for you to chat to an estate agent before...
