No more wickets before lunch, I should think.

89/4 Dear oh dear. India are crumbling.

    Nicely done again. :clap2:

We'll see won't we. If India are 8 or 9 down at close of play tomorrow, that's exactly the reason.

What ****ing idiot he is. If England fail to win this because they run out of overs, he ought to be sacked.

Ideally, another 25 runs in 2 or 3 overs and declare.

Poor old Ballance - victim of competence TWICE from the same umpire in ONE test match.

20 off the last two overs then. Lovely stuff.

My opinion is broadly similar to Bold Seagull's. Perfectly acceptable decision, this, but does mean we need to kick on after lunch. I'd expect to see Ballance and Buttler come in fairly quickly after lunch.

It's not about whether Jordan or Woakes are crocked for the 4th test, it's whether or not they can be effective in the second innings of this one. And 3.25 days of constant bowling/fielding is a big ask.

I'm with Boycott. I don't think they'll necessarily enforce the follow on. If we get them out soon, it's probably better to rest the bowlers for most of a day and belt the ball all over the ground, thereby batting India out of the game. Then let them try and survive 1.5 days on a worn pitch...

[Cricket] Third test: England v India at Southampton, Jul 27-31

It's so rare for a bowler to win a test match on his own. Glenn McGrath was obviously a quality bowler in that fantastic Australian side, but that's primarily because it was usually kept tight at the other end. It's no good relying on Anderson if Plunkett and Jordan serve up a buffet at the...

600 could be on here, and ideally as quickly as possible so that they get 15 overs at India - rather than the 550/10 overs that they're banging on about on TMS.
