Apologies - you're right. When I clicked the link, it took me to a site owned by the twitter account (FussballJunkies), so I doubted the veracity. It looks like they were passing on the work of others, without referencing them properly. I hate it when websites steal the intellectual property...

That twitter account only has 6 followers. Not sure that there's anything 'new' in the article either. We probably are moving closer, but I wouldn't necessarily take this as concrete evidence of the fact.
