Yep it does look that way. They've only released single seats to start with though, no pairs and nothing in the North stand. Guess this is how they ensure all the individual seats aren't left behind.
On that note, they must have sold a lot of half season tickets this year. I logged onto the ticket website 1st thing for the Chelsea game and there were barely any pairs of seats available in the upper West. For all previous seasons I've had no issues getting a group of seats together up there

Ah OK, thanks for the reply. I'll keep an eye on the website for if/when these seats go. I thought there must be a lower limit for when they decide they won't sell the odd few single seats in these areas and open up the exchange but I guess not
