Say what you like about British films but nobody and I mean nobody could make a film like the 'confessions' Absolute smut, seaside postcard nudity, farcical comedy, crap acting all rolled into one. Only we could manage to do that.

Well I think we are, there is something about British films that I really like. Not Oscar winning stuff but 2 off my list, Little Voice & Brassed off are really enjoyable films in a British made sort of way. The Aussies have made good films in their way too.
