Call them a day before (just want to check when my last payment is going out etc) and reference it’s a shame you are leaving blah blah blah - I do this every 12 to 18 months and it works
Dealing with Virgin Media whilst settling my dads estate a few years back was the worse and most frustrating part of supporting the probate process. Awful and absolutely no compassion on their part.
