Nope. They have said she will not appear in Ep 9 at all. They considered that approach, and even CGI, but decided not to.

As they had completed shooting before Carrie Fisher passed away AND they had planned for Leia to be central to episode 9, that would require a re-write and a change to the end of this film to accommodate that. I hope they don't do it off-screen between films, and I trust them to NOT do that...

I'm expecting it on the Thor Ragnarok print as well, so I can't avoid it forever.
I'm very excited about the film, but following Rian Johnson's warning about the spoiler potential of the trailer I've not watched it yet.
Can those who HAVE seen it provide some guidance as to whether it is safe to watch?
