I think the time to adjust is a fair point, but the bottom line is, AJ needs time and space which you don’t get in the PL. Never mind games, he was at times dreadfully out of his depth and did not have anything like the pace required to succeed.
I think (would hope) we all wish him well and he...
A lot of us have. However, just wanted him to prove me wrong as such a decent character…. Disappointed he wasn’t quite good enough.
Very solid pro, absolutely wish him the best of luck.

Well it is really.
Successive managers, who see him every day in training, have both felt he is not good enough.
He is a great professional and I hope is able to find a new club in a league where he’ll thrive.

I don’t rate him and not about to move back to the fence but..........
Such a team man, delighted when we scored.
Came on, wanted the ball, tried to get things going
If he goes during the summer, absolutely the best of luck to him.....
Depends on the quality of chance.....
I rarely watch Barce or Juve, so can only comment on Brighton. I feel confident that a younger Murray would have done better....
Factually incorrect? what based on his impact in the final third and defensively where it matters most.
‘People like You?! - sounds a bit aggressive 😉
I like Propper and maybe out of the three we discussed I’ve probably been harshest on him, so may be you are right.....
He’ll probably be off...
Andy Naylor also had an argument with Schelotto.....around facts
Leicester said they signed Ulloa for £9m and Naylor (we) said £11m (I believe), who’s right? 😃
I don’t think he is better than any of those options - but again opinions....
Not a waste, and hopefully he’ll continue to improve...
Football is a lot more than just stats. This is why AJ looks so good, playing in what is a lower level in Holland, I imagine we went with the ‘moneyball’ approach, and then scouted.
Although Bissouma looks poorer shot wise, his running is creating space for other players. Today we were able to...
Depends where you look also quoted £19.8m on a couple of sites.
The rest of the discussion is hypothetical, as the players quoted withMaupays chances might have done better or worse.
Everyone has a responsibility to create, that’s nonsense. Bissouma is a great example of a player creating space by driving forward, even Stephens contributed. All I can remember is Propper looking classy at times and then failing badly when he was near the penalty area.
Still fence.
Wasn’t he nearer £20m?
Wasn’t it 10 goals last season?
Difficult to say as I don’t know who was available when we signed him. Casting my mind back, I think McBurnie would have offered more particularly physicality wise, and would have likely scored a similar amount given the number of chances...
