Dead rubber for them to be fair.
Their away averages are higher than ours, they had a table on DATM and were commenting on our poor average for automatic contenders.
Of course there's the small matter of having to travel on average more than double the distance to every away game than they do...
Unfortunately it's not that simple.
The corner people are referring to is a different stand entirely, which will require segregation and a steward line. Not to mention the logistics of segregation in the concourse and opening up a frequently unused section of the ground which will require more...
Only a couple left available, all singles, of what I think is the last section to sell, so 2700 minimum.
Not sure it would be worth them opening the corner at this stage.
Ticket office
Right you are, I thought J1 & J10 were sold together earlier.
Having said that, J10 is only a very small section and probably less than 100 seats (see image below, on the far right).
If you're thinking about making a late decision on this one, I wouldn't leave it too late.
I doubt they will open the corner for us now, so there are c300 tickets remaining in total.
Still confused.
Fulham have a 2700 initial allocation which they can increase to 4000 if required.
The neutral section is reduced if this allocation is taken, which it was for us within a single day of sales to ST holders. We then sold out the full 4000 just 4 days later before it reached...
That's an initial allocation, both theirs and ours were pretty rapidly increased to an official 4000. Then the neutral sections hold another 3100.
Out of curiosity, where did you get your away numbers from or are you tracking them personally? Your figure is different to mine.
Entire Putney end holds just under 7100. Official was 4000. We must have filled at least another 2500 more in the neutral section, probably closer to 3000.
Just wondered if other clubs had used the official figure or extended it, I know the geordies were publicising 7k.
Link won't work unfortunately.
The prices do seem to have risen today though:
Brighton>St.Pancras Off-Peak Return £13.50
Walk to Euston (5-10mins)
Euston>Wolverhampton Virgin Trains Direct - £31 (you can still get this for £21 but required to either arrive with a couple of hours to burn, or...
Our away support has been very similar to Forest's over the last couple of seasons, as well as Wolves, Brizzle, Birmingham and Ipswich - In the averaged 1500-1700 region.
The usual suspects that exceed us are Dirty, Massive, Derby, Boro last season.. and this season we can add Newcastle and...
Always made me curious that one, considering our away support is 90%+ Sussex based and where we had been just a few days before… only to be required to hike up to yorkshire on a Friday night again on what was, let's be honest, a bit of a low. After all that we didn't sell what 50-100 tickets or...
Normally our away support is very good throughout a season, those slating it are ignorant to the fan miles involved and scaling the capital which adds another c1h30 x2 to almost every journey. Also, you only need look at where the away coaches came from at the higher Amex attendances to know...
