Same as. A market has sprung up in the last 15 years based solely on entertaining children. Very rarely was a day out based around us children when I was young, we went out on days and were expected to poke up with it and we may get a nice cream if we didn't whine too much.

I worked for 6 months in these places about 3 yeas back. We were training Sainsbury's staff using Roleplay. You can get them to come fond and install a meter, it's up to the tenant how the utilities are managed. Can gt it reversed when you move out if need be. And I wholeheartedly agree about stamps, superb value. You could always take the letter there yourself but I'm not sure how far a 74p train...
