Mat Ryan had a good game against Chile.
James Troisi was MOTM - pretty fair effort against the #4 ranked team in the world. He can certainly play - are BHA still looking at him? I doubt whether he'd be first XI but good quality cover and an option off the bench.
I suspect he was criticised for not coming out quickly enough for the third goal v Germany so decided to race off his line against Cameroon - bad decision as got caught in No Man's Land.
As I said earlier, his biggest flaw is that he can be too adventurous off his line. It's better than not...
On the subject of Aussies, being reported here that James Troisi may be signing for BHA. Has been on the books of Newcastle and Atalanta in the past. Very good player in the A-League but not sure if he's Prem standard. Would certainly be good enough at Championship level. Plays attacking mid or...

Have you seen how expensive Sydney is these days? He'll need a night stacking job at Tescos as well as his keeper gig.
Are you Mitch Langerak's mum?
You don't win keeper of the year two years running in the Belgian league by being anything less than first class. Ryan is an outstanding keeper who was unprotected last night by Ange Postecoglou's idiotic 3 at the back system for which we don't have the players.
I've heard you guys are also in for Aaron Mooy. He's definitely one of our best at the moment - first time there's been a public bidding war for an Australian since Harry Kewell. Others you might care to look at are Jackson Irvine (Burton Albion) and best of all Tom Rogic (Celtic). My Celtic...
The Brugges fans were devastated when Ryan left for Valencia. I couldn't be bothered hunting it down but there's a great picture somewhere of a giant tifo of Ryan at Brugges.
First time poster from Oz here.
If you get Maty Ryan be excited...be very, very excited. I've watched him since his debut for Central Coast Mariners in the A-League and very quickly tipped him to play for Australia (Mark Schwarzer was our number one at the time). He left the Mariners for Club...
