The bookies have clearly lost their minds.
I’d like a price on relegation this season AND next season. Being tight they’d probably only give about 2,000 to 1 but it would still be worth £50. Could pay for a Corporate Box in League One.
Bookie odds are the most objective measure available. 20% probability of relegation seems about right. Such a shame we couldn’t win today and halve that likelihood. Oh well, onwards and upwards.

Partly true in this case. 17/1 was the outlying best price available so this firm will have attracted extra money on us and then shortened to be more in line with the norm. The average price across all firms (14/1) will not have changed really today as Fulham losing to Chelsea was so likely.
If we beat Palace and go level on points how will our respective odds change from 17/1 and 325/1...???
I'm sure the bookies have it "right" but is hard to understand.
A simple projection of current points gives Cardiff a final total of 33pts.
Giraffe's "Tracker" system that takes into account fixtures difficulty suggests they could end on 35pts.
Sporting Index think Cardiff are most likely to finish on 32pts.
Sporting have us to finish 14th on 41pts which...
