Diego Arismendi. A Uruguayan international! Numerous red cards, ASBO behaviour, rumoured sex parties, and pretty much zero impact on the first team.

I'll second Turienzo and Sandaza. Nominating Florent Chaigneau for alleged womanising and chain-smoking while on the books with us. Part of a flurry of French players over a few years. Don't remember any performances from him, but would have likely been pretty shit.
