Looking forward, the next two games are must wins. Reading next Tuesday is winnable with their focus on the FA Cup and with a week's rest meaning Kayal should be back, and then away at MK Dons in front of c6,000 Albion fans. After those two we'll be in a much better place to assess our chances...
I expect that Wednesday will look to attack a bit more in the second half and may let the game open up more. With Ipswich winning, a draw wouldn't be much use to them....it's not much use to us if we are wanting Automatic Promotion.
We are obviously nursing Kayal through to the end of the season (including potentially the playoffs). I expect he felt something at Preston and we don't want to risk it. Glad that Hughton's kept to 442 though. Sidwell should be well rested and raring to go and if he runs out of steam then we can...
