Interesting point: I'm glad I don't live in either the C or D flats in Sussex Heights - anyone with a telephoto lens will get a prime view inside those flats from the new Brighton hydrocracker.
And - one big storm in about 10 years time and we'll see how that tower does. I reckon...
Quite rightly: as a resident, you own the Pavilion, along with everyone else. I don't think we'll really own that silly spaceship thing.

As mentioned above, not sure of the point really - you get great views of Brighton from all over the place and for free.
Now a rebuilt West Pier would have been magnificent but it looks like that's been totally given up on.
