Genuine question, if you're one of the creditors from the first bankruptcy (a number of them are small local traders), do you take priority over the second set of creditors? Or regardless of any time line do HMRC always have first dibs?

In all seriousness how does she circumnavigate this situation? Mucky Mansion is fairly accessible so why haven’t the creditors had the bailiff’s in by now? Apparently the overwhelming majority of her creditors are also sole traders or small companies, disgusting.

Point taken post deleted. However knowing one of her creditors very well and how close he's come to financial meltdown and the mental health issues that come with that, I don't really have a lot of sympathy for the lady.
