If it wasn't intentional how does he learn from it?...He's already stated that he doesn't agree with the decision and that his team mates know that he wouldn't have done it intentionally.

Lol..it’s opinion whether that was deliberate you can’t say for sure and neither can I say it wasnt..and as for stamping well I seem to have been doing a lot more stamping in my life whereas before I thought I had trodden :D
