What if Spurs have given his agent permission to find a new club? They wouldn't need to agree the fee first, it could all be sorted after a club was found.

CH left Spurs in 07 with Jol, Pritchard joined in 09 from West Ham. That was 9 years ago, Pritchard is 23, I am not sure what a first team coach would be doing coaching the u14s even if the paths did cross.
