Wonder if Bozza will hear anything from PB and or TB with regards to potential plans to boost the noise at the amex next year? Few great suggestions above
I have no idea why the hell we have our family stand and players comp tickets in the east lower right by the away end....surely they're all better over in Block A nearer the north end of the pitch.
Away end have the corner of ESL and south stand, and the rest of the south is for home fans.....
The problem is, its really not "that" loud.
I haven't been to a game before where the home noise was like the riverside - yeah its a one-off, but they still did it. I am absolutely fuming about the result and now that cant be changed a lot of my anger has moved to sorting out what is a sh!t...
But it wasn't - the derby game was our last of the season and built up as the "go-to" match for amazing atmosphere.... the fact is compared to Saturday our attempt was embarrassing to say the least,.
we never keep it loud for a long time, never. The south stand can barely hear the north stand...

Maybe not so, but the atmosphere from the away "hard core" of a few thousand should be given a chance to re-group all together, perhaps in the south. pick their seats together and crank up the volume and make the south the new north - and the north can be kept for people who want the cheap seats...
Why put away fans there? because it keeps them away from behind the goal which is always an advantage to the fans and team. It also allows home fans to be behind the goal and create an atmosphere. You could see Boro had moved their red faction all to the previously quieter south stand, but they...
Without doubt the away end needs to be south east corner at the very least. small segregation area and fill the south with home fans - might even get some light hearted banter with away fans then and that helps create an atmosphere just like Derby!
Seeing and hearing the riverside on Saturday...
Regardless of what league we're in, after sitting through the electric atmosphere at Boro, will TB finally make some much needed changes to boost the Amex noise?
A few things jump out to me....
1. Move away fans to a corner or west/east upper wings.
2. Sell South stand to home fans to have...
