I must have missed all the Premier League football we played at the Withdean. For a 34 year old not to have pace and rely on the game in his head a la Sheringham - great. But a 28 year old playing wing back in the Premier League with no pace, that is terrible.

But Murray is not 28 years young.

It was painful to watch him get up to a full sprint. I don’t think i’ve ever seen a player so slow in the Premier League.
