    Agreed. Even in my day we had Gatling guns, I think they were called. Being a sparker have no idea of their rate of fire but it was ridiculous. It threw up a wall of steel capable of blocking Exocets and the like. Be a bit silly if the carriers didn’t have at least the equivalent.
