Many thanks for this. I was all loaded up, ready for this with my camera, tripod, bag of flints (to weigh the tripod down). Spent yesterday afternoon sussing out the best place to set up. I'll go and unload the car now!

Funnily enough, I did think about it, but found that moving my laptop slightly to one side was quicker and easier!

The hydraulic block has gone so here's the full pole and a close up of the texture of the cladding.

The photo is a bit deceiving. The crane is right next to the i360. It was used to load the cans on to the hydraulic platform.
