UPDATE: We have raised this with the rail companies and are now looking at the possibility of online sales being issued via email. Obviously telephone sales remains a problem, but we are looking at ways around this.

The only real option here is to book tickets early, so they can be posted out in time. They can of course be used on the return leg of the journey.
