The fact that it’s the only car I’ve ever owned that made me drive like an 80 year old because it was so uninspiring. Probably not a bad thing in fairness. It didn’t do exhilarating but it was better built than any other car I’ve owned.
More to do with the number of laughable one star reviews, no doubt the Japs make reliable cars. I had a Lexus and yes it was totally reliable but dull doesn’t cover it as a driving experience
I once hired a Dacia Duster expecting it to be shit, turns out it drove OK, was reasonably well built and was much better than I expected. Anyone who just wants a reliable basic car would be more than happy with a Dacia imo
I KNOW he would not be happy with an Alfa, you‘d have to be into cars with a soul, happy to fettle and not just want them to get from A to B without hassle :smile:
I think the Sandero would fit the bill :shrug:
