I completely agree, as I said earlier a two time cheat should be nowhere near a world event. I was responding to the suggestion that a first time cheat should never compete again.- Hugh Jorgan

I think there is a case that a first time cheat should potentially be given a second chance but a two time cheat should not be anywhere near the world stage again.- Hugh Jorgan
