    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

I remember our exchange on the Barton thread. You literally said you had no idea of anyone's [sports presenters] qualifications and how they got thier jobs, but in the next sentence said it seemed like box-ticking. I questioned how, by your very own admission you had no idea....but could make a...

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

If I have misinterpreted your post, feel free to explain why. You're essentially saying that I am being holier-than-thou for calling out Joey Barton. Calling out a violent individual, who has now taken to cyber-bullying, is not being holier than though. To explicitely suggest otherwise is tacit...

    Nice.

Okay. You’re defending someone I called out for drink driving. You’re now defending Joey Barton? Which leg exactly are you standing on?

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

It wasn’t this, more the snide and totally unnecessary last sentence you typed. As you say, be nicer. PS case was dropped due to a procedural technicality not because he was under the limit.

Strange response. The guy is a moron. Drink driving is one thing, but driving to pick up a mate who has just been nicked for drink driving whilst you’re drunk yourself isn’t the smartest thing is it? And I might not be perfect but I have never done this…..or wiped my arse with a twenty pound...

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

He was the guy who photographed himself wiping his arse with 20 pound notes. But it gets better, or worse; a mate of his was involved in a road accident and had been drinking. Mate was nicked. Being the generous and kind person he is, he offered to collect his mate. Only problem was he had been...

Liam Ridgewell I think he was called.

Maybe. I have always thought we are more fluid than this so the choice of foot means less. When players play inside the can, and do, go into some quite central areas. As for Mitoma, he has played all his career on the left and also for the national team …maybe this is just his optimal position?

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

I’d never really thought of this. I can see your point, but If a player is playing “inside” does it really matter which foot the use?

Solly March is left footed but he plays on the right wing where Adingra can cover. I’m not sure I understand your concern about left footed wingers. Back up Mitoma?

When are Adingra and Mitoma expected to be back?

Against a team which are unbeaten in 6. Wolves were well orgnised, had a plan which they executed well, and are no mugs. We had 11 shots btw. As RDZ said, we had enough last night to win. The answer in my opinion is not even more wingers.

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

I never ever said he was crap. I gave an overall opinion earlier in the season which I stand by, but have since said a number of times his game has grown as the season has progressed but I still think he is suited to certain games…as many players often are. As an aside I thought he was really...

...and Ale Mac Allister was carried in the WC and is now being carried by a table topping Liverpool team.
  16. Herr Tubthumper

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

Fair comment regarding Knockaert and Kayal. But Ferguson and Mac Allister did not go straight into the first team and that's what is suggested we need.

You might be right. But I personally wouldn’t read too much into an emotional guy being interviewed post match in his second language.

I should also add “…and are maybe lumbered with for seasons to come”. I have been put off the winter window for life by the knobhead left back who Hughton brought in.

    [Brighton] RDZ post-match

I’m not convinced we will/can find 3 or 4 decent replacements in the January window. I’d far rather get through this difficult period with the squad we have than buy or loan some bang average players who take time to get up to speed with our game.

There was much talk of this on the tv last night. I took his top 10 comment to mean Bloom’s often stated aim for Brighton to be seen as a top 10 club….not this season’s specific target.
