It was indeed a lovely day out. That’s actually celery lurking at the back. But, I bought myself a lump of Old Amsterdam cheese yesterday, and thinking about it, it will work brilliantly with spring onions. I’ll swing by the grocers and get some; good suggestion.

Agree. It is very very good and much fun. And Bobby Zamora is often patrolling the restaurants; 2 grown men getting excited over a selfie with him is not very dignified but he took it well....he’s an absolute gent. And I refer you to my half-time thread. 15 minutes is not enough time to smash...

For Sat and Sunday games usually on the morning of the game. Week day games I do different things and often combine it with work trips. We were all in Brighton for the weekend of the Liverpool game though.

Endless = 6 (probably took all of 10 seconds in total over a 6-7 hour afternoon). Splashing them over social media = Posting them in one go using Tapatalk on one single chat room site whilst a bit bored 5 days after the event. Is it PotG? = drama queen. PS I’m a bit bored now as...

Whilst we all had a fun afternoon two disappointments were 1) The complimentary drinks are more limited than last season. For me this was noticeable by Ridgeview Sussex Sparkling Wine being removed from the list. And there were no team sheets given out which left us struggling to get the news...

One was definitely Sussex Charmer. I really wish I’d kept the menu as I’m struggling to remember much about the details of the food.

I’m getting into red wine these days. I’m no expert, far from it, but it was nice if a little too fruity for my palate.

Beer is food my friend. I can’t remember and my senses were a little “impaired” due to the red wine. But yes, any decent place will serve at ambient temperature.

Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of the menu so I can’t remember the finer details of the dishes. But here’s some photos any how. The Frau, a good friend and Liverpool supporter plus a couple of good friends/ST holders had a grand time. Plenty of wine, beer, food and fun. It’s a good day...
