Just because UEFA say it’s a tournament it doesn’t mean everyone will take it seriously like they do with the Euro or World Cup qualifiers. England clearly are not by the carry on with Wayne Rooney. It’s nothing more than the window dressing of friendlies.

Just as it was getting easier to like England they go and bring back such a divisive player. Stupid idea; it’s a no from me.
