That's your point. Others have different points. I think all questions should be asked, and looked into to ensure you, and others, get answers and above all to ensure this doesn't happen again.
If this is true then there is legislation in place to stop over-crowding and multiple persons dwelling in a single house. One has to ask why councils and the government are not enforcing the law.

As it happens I don't find The Clamp aggressive in the slightest. He's got a particular style, with a bit of humour thrown in, which you might not like but to suggest it's aggressive is wrong.
Politics isn't just about that rabble in the Houses of Parliament. It's about much more. At a very basic level it's about speaking out and being heard. The residents spoke out numerous times and were not listened to. This is politics; it really can be this simple.
Guinness Boy has made a very eloquent case as to why this is politics.
My take is that everything we currently know which did and didn't happen simply would not have occurred had it been a wealthy person's tower block. E.g. their concerns would not have been constantly batted away and ignored...
