We favour 4-2-3-1 because we like to get our FBs REALLY far forward (plus have the slight skew left right of the formation)......... but I do sometimes wonder if when Bruno packs up we'll swap to a 4-1-4-1 and keep the FBs a bit more 'balanced' (not really defensive just a bit less extreme)...
