First section of pavé coming up. This is what it's like to ride over it. Bear in mind it's difficulty rating is 3 star out of 5. At about 1.23 you get a feel for how rough the cobbles are.

It's Sunday. Everyone is happy. It'll take minds off the 'will we won't we' hand-wringing. And on this dry sunny day, this could be one of the fastest races ever. Enjoying it 'live' on Eurosport now (for those wondering what the hell it is.)
